Rozijo Foods and Sweets objective is to deliver the tastiest and the widest possible range of food products with quality and freshness second to none.
Before you place an order you should read the following:

Products
The full range of the Products can be viewed, selected and ordered online from our website and are subject to availability.

Nut Allergy Alert!
The cuisine and the nature of some of the recipes we follow to cook our products means that the ingredients we use in our manufacturing processes contain nuts or nut oil, if such is the case there will be a sign (N) at the side of the product. However all sweets are made with milk and have nuts or might contain traces of nuts.

Ordering and Payment
All orders to be place 48hrs before delivery. If orders are place under 48hrs we cannot guarantee delivery.
Set Menus: Please make sure the correct number of dishes are ordered, incase of extra dishes ordered Rozijo reserves the right to decide which ones to remove, unless informed by email or phone 24 hours before delivery.
If you place an order this will be your offer to purchase the products from us and payment for the product is made there and than.
We always require payment before the goods are despatched, even on larger orders unless agreement is made otherwise with ourselves.
Credit and debit card payment on the website is encrypted and processed on behalf of PayPal and we do not hold any of your credit or debit card details.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
An e-mail confirmation of your order on behalf of Paypal will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when placing your order.
In the order form, delivery address, time and date is very important and we will not be held responsible if wrong details are supplied on the form.

Capacity to Contract
You are confirming by placing an order that you are not a minor and are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a contract with us.

Privacy
We do not sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.

Delivery Information
Our online ordering service is currently available for delivery within the London Area. However sweets can be delivered anywhere in the UK.
In the order form correct delivery time is important and we will endeavour to delivery prior to that time.
All orders must be place 48hrs before delivery. If orders are place under 48hrs we cannot guarantee delivery.
Food: Your food  will be delivered by Rozijo, all orders require a signature on delivery, which will usually occur at the time you have specified. We deliver food 7 days a week. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during that time. Should our courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left to inform the recipient. You will than be required to rearrange delivery and will need to pay an additional delivery charge. If you do not contact us within 12hours for re-delivery, we will have to dispose of the food and no refund can be offered. We can only deliver to the address you provide and the time specified and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated time or address is incorrect. The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post box number to which no delivery will be made.
Sweets: Your sweets will be delivered by a courier company, all orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery. Delivery is usually between 9 – 5 pm, Monday to Friday except bank holidays. Should our courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left to inform the recipient. You will than be required to rearrange delivery. We can only deliver to the address you provide and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect. The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post box number to which no delivery will be made.

Cancelling the Order
When shopping with Rozijo Foods and Sweets, you can be assured of complete peace of mind. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please email cancellation@rozijocateringandevent.co.uk.

Complaints
We operate a complaints handling policy which means that any complaint should be notified in writing to our specified PO Box address and you have our assurance that your complaint will be carefully investigated and you will receive a reply from us.

Security of Transactions
Credit and debit card payment on the website is encrypted and processed on behalf of PayPal and we do not hold any of your credit or debit card details.

Security of Email Correspondence
Our website also invites you to contact us via e-mail. E-mail correspondence is free format text and cannot be encrypted. Therefore, it is not a secure means of communication. Please do not send sensitive information, such as credit card information, by e-mail.

Who can see your information?
All information submitted to us by you is available only to Rozijo employees, however your delivery address will be supplied to the courier company who will deliver your food/sweets.

What do we do with your information?
The personal information given to us by you will be used to assist us in providing you with marketing material, including information about special offers, in-store events and promotions, the goods or services you have ordered from us or otherwise in connection with your relationship with us, as well as providing you with information regarding the areas of our products that you have indicated are of interest to you. We will contact you by e-mail, post or telephone using the contact details given to us.

Telephone calls with us
As is the case with many high profile organisations, communications with ROZIJO by telephone may be recorded for the purposes of training or monitoring our customer service standards and for security.

Data Protection Legislation
The Data Protection Act 1998 protects your personal information in the United Kingdom. You have the right to request in writing to receive a copy of the personal information held by ROZIJI FOODS and SWEETS and the source of the personal information. We may charge a £10.00 fee for providing the personal information to you.
